Who knows what a Kirby is? If you are unaware, feel free to come by my house at any time, people will be by all day to explain it to you. Seriously. A new Kirby store opened just down the street and in the past month, FOUR different people have been by to try to sell me one of these cleaning devices. The first time, George answered the door while I was in the shower. He comes running in to tell me people are here to clean our carpet for free! Um, I was in the shower. He lets them in anyway. I have to stay trapped in the bathroom until this dude leaves. About a week later, another girl knocks and I answer. I told her they had already been by and we dont want one, they are too expensive. She asked what my bottom line price is........uh $5. These things are close to $1000. I mean, is this the best time to go door to door soliciting? I think not. Ok, so then yesterday, another girl comes, same deal. Then tonight at about 6:30 they knock AGAIN!!! Do these people sleep?? I tell them no, again, and that my husband is asleep. So they say, "well we will come back tomorrow!" NO YOU WILL NOT!!!! I am making a NO SOLICITING sign and putting it on my door. They cant legally knock then right??? Lord I hope not.
Tomorrow I am in search of decor for my Christmas Tree! We got a live one this year and I am so excited :) Goodnight.
